We inform you that the SPEEDAM 2020 programme is available here.
Please, take note that all the times are in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) standard.
After a careful evaluation, we decided to switch all the presentations to the lecture format. Indeed, in our opinion, dialogue presentations in a remote context, even if implementable, would strongly penalize the interaction experience of the presenting authors.
All the authors should check that the submitted papers data (title and authors list) are correct.
In particular, the corresponding authors should check that for each submitted paper the presenting author has been correctly set.
Eventual errors can be corrected from each author upload form. The changes are automatically applied to both the HTML and PDF versions of the programme.
Programme schedules not compatible with the presenting authors time constraints should be reported as soon as possible.
You can download here the instructions which will guide all the participants in using Microsoft Teams for the virtual SPEEDAM 2020.
Finally, all the participants will be able to test the Microsoft Teams functionality of their system by connecting to the channel “Test” of the SPEEDAM 2020 team from June 15th to June 18th from 8:30 UTC to 10:30 UTC and from 13:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC. If the provided time slots are not compatible with your schedules, please contact us.
We urge all the speakers and chairmen to test their system in order to guarantee the best possible experience for all the attendants of the virtual Symposium.
