Final programme is available

Dear colleague,
We inform you that the SPEEDAM 2020 final programme is available here.
Please, take note that all the times are in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) standard. You can quickly evaluate your local zone time offset by comparing your clock time with the time reported by the UTC clock which has been placed on the top of the programme page.

We remind you that all the presentations will be carried out as lecture presentations. Therefore, if you are going to present a paper, you should prepare a reasonable number of slides on the software of your choice (e.g. PowerPoint, Acrobat and so on) . There is no need to send the presentation file to SPEEDAM since the presentation will be carried out directly from your system in a remote context (check the instructions below) .

You can download here the instructions which will guide all the participants in using Microsoft Teams for the virtual SPEEDAM 2020.

Finally, all the participants will be able to test the Microsoft Teams functionality of their system by connecting to the channel “Test” of the SPEEDAM 2020 team from June 15th to June 18th from 8:30 UTC to 10:30 UTC and from 13:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC. If the provided time slots are not compatible with your schedules, please contact us.
We urge all the speakers and chairmen to test their system in order to guarantee the best possible experience for all the attendants of the virtual Symposium.
