Conference Fees

(*) Paper registration requires either a “full conference fee” or a “remote fee”. Recommended maximum length is 6 pages for each paper. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted
(**) Payments made after the “early payment” deadline will be overcharged with an additional fee of € 100 that will be applied to the “full conference fee”, the “student fee” and the” remote fee”.
(***) Applicable only to “full conference fee” and “remote fee” registrations.

Full conference fee includes: one paper registration (additional papers will be charged by € 400,00 per paper), attendance at all the sessions, symposium proceedings on electronic support, conference materials, social banquet, welcome cocktail, lunches and coffees.

Remote fee includes: one paper registration (additional papers will be charged by € 400,00 per paper), online version of the symposium proceedings, online attendance at all the sessions by Microsoft Teams platform. Remote registrations are free of charge for co-authors with no registered papers. Participants who intend to attend remotely and are entitled to a free of charge remote registration should contact the SPEEDAM secretariat.

Student fee includes: attendance at all the Sessions, symposium proceedings on electronic support, conference materials, social banquet, welcome cocktail, lunches and coffee. The Student fee does not include paper registration for which a full/remote conference fee is required.

Accompanying person fee includes: social banquet and welcome cocktail. Excursions will be organized (free of charge) for the accompanying persons, according to their number. Reservation for excursions can be made at the registration desk.
