Conference Fees

(*) Paper registration requires a “full conference fee”. Recommended maximum length is 6 pages for each paper. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted
(**) Payments made after the “early payment” deadline will be overcharged with an additional fee of € 100 that will be applied to both the “full conference fee” and the “student fee”.
(***) Applicable only to “full conference fee” registration.

Full conference fee includes: one paper registration (additional papers will be charged by € 400,00 per paper), attendance at all the sessions, symposium proceedings on electronic support, conference materials, social banquet, welcome cocktail, lunches and coffees.

Student fee includes: attendance at all the sessions, symposium proceedings on electronic support, conference materials, social banquet, welcome cocktail, lunches and coffee. The Student fee does not include paper registration for which a full conference fee is required.

Accompanying person fee includes: social banquet and welcome cocktail. Excursions will be organized (free of charge) for the accompanying persons, according to their number. Reservation for excursions can be made at the registration desk.
